Airport meeting points
At most airports the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate of the airport, with a sign showing your name. Reservation confirmation email includes relevant meeting point information and the local manager contact telephone number.

Delayed flights
All flights are monitored for delays. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of your flight. However, if you become aware of any delay to your flight which may affect your transfer, please let us know.

Customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage delays
The driver will normally wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed before making enquiries and calling the mobile number you've provided. After this time and if there is no sign of the passenger the driver will leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage please contact the local manager on the phone number provided, to ensure that your driver will wait.

Child Seats
Child seats are available free of charge at most destinations. Please specify the age of the children when requesting a child seat, so that the appropriate seat is provided.

Vehicle Types
All vehicles used for the transfers are licensed, fully insured, and range from luxury Mercedes S class and E class limousines, to saloons (sedans), estate cars (station wagons) and People Carriers (Mini Van MPV's). Mini Buses and Buses for groups of up to 53 passengers are also available at most destinations. Prices reflect the type of the vehicle used for the transfer.

Luggage capacity
Our booking system will automatically allocate the appropriate car once you specify the exact luggage on the booking form. If you are traveling with excess luggage, such as push chairs, wheelchairs, golf clubs, skis, extra large bags or similar, please inform us so that the appropriate vehicle is arranged for your airport transfer. Please ensure that you enter the correct details as we cannot be held responsible for any service failure due to inaccurate information provided in the booking process.

How to book
The easiest way to book your airport transfer is via the secure online booking form. After we receive your booking request, the details of the transfer are sent to the transfer service provider who will make the appropriate arrangements. Once they confirm availability, you'll receive an email confirming your booking.
